Chan Neoun

Her name is Chan Neoun. Her family life depends on palm trees and her husband climbs palm trees every day. After she took the water that she got from the palm tree, she cooks it until it becomes sugar and she will keep for sale only. All of her customers come to her house and buy the sugar. She can get 3000៛ per kilogram of the sugar. She can make seven to eight kilograms per day. All of the water that she gets from the palm trees are all sweet, if we want to make it sour there something else that we have to make and put it into the sweet one. Both of them (including her husband), decided to climb the palm trees because they want to continue it from their parents. They have a lot of palm trees, but sometimes they can climb other people palm trees, too and that going to be okay. There are a lot of difficulties to work with the palm trees because sometimes if it too hot the palm trees won’t give us the water. They can collect five to six bottles per trees every day. She mentioned that one day her husband climbs two times one in the morning and one in the evening.
